Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Please note that Aura 37 requires 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment or move time/date. If you do need to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours or less, the full cost of the treatment will be incurred. 

 

If you do not show up for your appointment, the full cost will be charged. If you have any issues with your treatment you must contact Aura 37 within 48 hours so any issues can be rectified as soon as possible.

 

On booking your appointment, you agree to all the above booking fees, cancellations & refund policies that have been put in place by Aura 37 and understand that you am responsible for cancelling and rescheduling your own appointments to avoid being charged.

 

On booking your appointment, you authorise Aura 37 to use your email address and mobile phone number to notify you about future appointments and send relevant updates or reminders. You understand that your personal data will be handled in accordance with the clinic’s privacy policy.

 

We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the duration of your treatment to ensure that we stay on schedule for the next client.
